Did you do it!?

I voted! It was my first time voting. Actually that's not true, I've done the California absentee voting every year since I turned 18, but now I'm a Utah resident and I did the "real thing." Can I just say that I was a little disappointed with my experience. I thought it was going to be like on tv with the little cubicle surrounded with the patriotic sheets with everyone's legs sticking out like this It wasn't like that. Instead the little computer things were in a line against the wall. No privacy or anything. Not that I care about the privacy, I was just excited to go into the little sheet room. I'm so lame! I'm so excited/nervous to find out the results!
"WHAT!? You haven't voted yet? GO VOTE!"

I voted! And the computers always make me nervous...like I might choose something wrong if my finger slips or something. Yikes.

I didn't vote. Not because I didn't want to. But because here in Georgia they gave the teachers a day off so they could go vote. Which means I'd have to drag my kids to the polls because I couldn't find a babysitter. it makes me sad. but my heart was there.

It took me 2 seconds. I already knew everyone I was voting for, so I banged it out!!

The first time I voted I got to be in a little booth, but after they they went electronic.

I think voting was more fun with the stylus that punched out the little slots. If Florida hadn't ruined it for all of us...

I'm with you! I thought there would be a curtain too. This is the first election that there wasn't one!

PS- As always, you have the cutest baby in america!

There were pathetic little cardboard stand thingies where I went to vote. No curtains, no computer things, just cardboard. LAME-O.

I was so disappointed too. I was a little annoyed that the guy voting right next to me could see my vote but I couldn't see his. I was all ready to say, "Do you mind?" But apparently he wasn't interested in how I voted because I never saw his eyes glance my way.
